1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using this vehicle rental marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
The platform connects vehicle hosts and guests. We provide tooling for listings, bookings, messaging, identity checks, and wallet payments. We are not a party to the rental contract between host and guest except where required by local law or expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter contracts, hold a valid driver license where required, and complete identity verification before certain actions (hosting, booking, payouts).
4. Bookings & payments
Prices, fees, deposits, cancellation rules, and refunds follow the listing, platform fee schedule, and applicable cancellation policy at booking time. Crypto and card wallet top-ups are subject to provider availability and risk checks.
5. User responsibilities
Hosts must keep vehicles roadworthy, insured as required, and accurately listed. Guests must treat vehicles with care, follow pickup/return instructions, and not use vehicles unlawfully. Both parties must communicate in good faith.
6. Prohibited use
Fraud, fake documents, payment abuse, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls are forbidden and may result in suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from rentals between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
